NHS chief hails conference

This year’s Health and Care Innovation Expo was “a fabulous event that pulled together the can do crowd”, according to NHS England’s chief executive Simon Stevens.

The 2016 event, which explored some of the most important aspects of health and care work across England, is managed by Dods and hosted over 5,000 people at Manchester Central on 7 and 8 September.

The Expo had two main stages – with speakers including Jeremy Hunt, Sir Bruce Keogh, Matthew Syed and Ruby Wax – four feature zones and over 100 workshops in a unique pop-up university.

Next year’s Expo is again at Manchester Central on 11 and 12 September 2017.
