Dean Sabri is Head of UK Political Intelligence, focusing on health and social care policy and providing political insight to a range of sector bodies, charities, and healthcare providers. Before joining Dods, he worked for an NHS Trust and as a Senior Researcher in parliament focusing on health issues such as the screening age for bowel cancer. Dean also has experience in public sector procurement, having worked as a public sector analyst specialising in the health and social care sector. @Dean_Sabri

Mia Terra St. Hill is Political Consultant for Home Affairs, Justice, and Equalities. Prior to joining Dods, she worked at an award-winning social mobility charity establishing their alumni network. Mia Terra is a Politics and International Relations graduate from the University of Exeter. Outside of work, she is a governor for a sixth form college and a youth advisory board member for a cross-party think tank. @MTStHill

Dr Joshua Wells is the Political Consultant for the environment, agriculture, and rural affairs. Before Dods, Josh worked for a green PR agency and carried out postdoctoral research at the University of Exeter. Joshua was a Leverhulme Climate Justice Scholar and completed a PhD in politics at the University of Reading. @Dr_jrwells

Dr Emily Evans is the Political Consultant at Dods for the economy and financial services. She has a PhD in the history of economics and taught the history of economics and politics at the University of Cambridge. She has previously worked in political campaigns and election strategy for the Labour Party and has a masters in political thought and intellectual history. @EmilyCEvans_

Fionnuala Quinn is the Political Consultant for local government, housing, and levelling up. Before joining Dods, she worked in a social housing organisation and focussed on service improvement where she engaged with multiple areas of housing policy, including work on fire safety and homelessness. Political Consultant – Digital, Culture, Media and Sport

Daniella Bennett Remington is the Political Consultant for Digital, Culture, Media, and Sport. Before assuming this role, she worked on the Content Team, who are responsible for publishing all the parliamentary and stakeholder content to the Dods platform alongside creating the weekly diaries and newsletters. Daniella holds an MPhil in Modern European History from the University of Cambridge and read History at the University of Bristol. @danibenrem

Nathaneal Amos-Sansam is the Content Team Manager, leading the team that produces Dods diaries, agendas and bulletins, and distributes third-party content. Before Dods, he worked as political data officer at Vuelio, a media researcher at ResponseSource, and as a television producer. @NathanealSansam

Joshua Martin is a Senior Political Intelligence Analyst. Before Dods, he was the founder/editor of the student politics magazine 'Incite', and briefly worked for the former MP for Guildford, Anne Milton. @Morninstar1992

Jack Williamson

Political Consultant – Transport and Infrastructure

Jack Williamson is the Political Consultant for transport and infrastructure. Before Dods, he worked with the policy team at the Institute of Directors. Jack holds a BA in politics and an MA in journalism, from the University of Sheffield. He wrote his undergraduate dissertation on regional inequality in government spending, focusing on transport and digital infrastructure investment.

Jack Green-Morgan is Political Consultant for Energy, Climate Change and Utilities. He previously worked in the Civil Service as a policy advisor, with a focus on international climate policy. He has also worked in community development and community energy.

Beatrice Travis is the Political Consultant for children, education, and skills. Before joining Dods, she worked at a human rights non-profit, focusing on political advocacy to combat global human rights violations. Beatrice holds a MA joint Hons in International Relations and Psychology from the University of St Andrews

Joshua is the political consultant for Health, Life Sciences and Trade. Before Dods, he worked at Vuelio as a Political Content Officer where he engaged in multiple areas of policy on behalf of clients such as International Development, Equalities and Stem. Joshua holds a degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent.

Igor Kostadinovski

Head of EU Political Intelligence

Igor Kostadinovski is the Deputy Head of EU Political Intelligence in Brussels. He is responsible for the business and financial services portfolio and advises clients on a range of policy developments including financial and corporate reporting, banking, capital markets, FinTech, taxation and anti-money laundering. Igor holds a law degree from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, and master in European and International Law with a specialisation in Foreign Trade and Investment from the Europa-Institut of the Saarland University. Prior to joining Dods in 2017, he was a Blue-Book trainee at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs.

EU Monitoring Consultant for justice and home affair

Marion Le Nabec is an EU Monitoring Consultant for justice and home affairs. Before Dods, she completed an internship in institutional relations at the Council of the European Union. She holds a BA in international relations from the University of Québec, and an MA in European Affairs at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. She speaks French and English. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in the Canadian outdoors and knitting during rainy Belgian days.

Natalia Pujalte is the Environment and Sustainability Team Lead at EU Political Intelligence in Brussels. Before joining Dods in 2020 she carried out roles at the Mission of Mexico to the EU, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Mexico City and a traineeship at the Council of the EU. Natalia holds a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Leiden, Netherlands, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Toronto. Natalia is fluent in Spanish, English, and French. Outside of work, she enjoys analogue photography, hiking in nature, and tufting.

Matej Banovec

Political Consultant

Matej Banovec is the Political Consultant for energy, climate and industry at EU Political Intelligence in Brussels. He has a BA in European Studies and MA in European Public Affairs from Maastricht University and completed traineeships at the Slovenian Permanent Representation to the EU, CONCORD Europe and the European Commission. Before joining Dods Matej worked at EUCC-D, a German NGO working on coastal and marine affairs. He speaks Slovenian, English, German, Spanish, and Serbian/Croatian.  In his spare time, he enjoys travelling by train, cooking and baking, and reading up on social topics and languages.

Monica Gamba

Political Consultant

Monica Gamba is the Political Consultant for agriculture, fisheries, food and animal welfare at EU Political Intelligence in Brussels. She is also responsible of coordinating Dods 2024 European elections package. Monica holds a BA from Padua University and a MA from Aalborg University, Denmark. Before joining Dods in October 2021, she completed traineeships at the International Polar Foundation in Brussels, which manages the Belgian Princess Elisabeth Station in Antarctica, and worked for the Thule Institute at the University of the Arctic in the North of Finland. During this time, Monica was also a member of the Association of Polar Early Career Scientists (APECS BE) Bureau. She then completed a traineeship at the Council of the EU in DG LIFE, Agriculture Fisheries, Social Affairs and Health. Outside of work, Monica enjoys reading, painting, and hiking in nature.

Eleonora Bottin is the Political Consultant for digital at EU Political Intelligence in Brussels, covering a range of policy areas including artificial intelligence, data protection, cybersecurity, digital services and markets, and emerging technologies. She holds an undergraduate degree in International and Diplomatic Affairs from the University of Bologna and a master's in European Studies from the University LUISS Guido Carli. She has completed internships at the European Commission in Luxembourg, Italian Embassy in Canada, and US Embassy in Italy. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys live music and exploring flea markets.

Political Consultant

Katarzyna Karpinska is the Political Consultant for justice and home affairs at EU Political Intelligence in Brussels, covering policy developments including the rule of law, migration, security and crime. She holds a master’s degree in international criminal law from the University of Amsterdam. Before joining Dods in 2021 she worked with non-governmental organisations and European institutions. In her free time, she likes to travel, hike, practice yoga and go for bike rides.

Sascha Brose

Political Consultant & Head of German Monitoring

Sascha Brose is the Political Consultant for employment, social affairs and the single market at EU Political Intelligence and interim Head of German Monitoring based in Brussels. Sascha has a master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Erfurt, Germany. Before joining Dods in 2018 he worked at the sustainability NGO Transport & Environment and at the European Cyclists’ Federation in Brussels. At the EU Committee of the Regions, he gained his first experience with European institutions and legislative procedures. Besides his native German, he speaks fluent English and has good Dutch and Swedish knowledge.

Milja Liinanotko is the Political Consultant for transport, tourism and space at EU Political Intelligence in Brussels. She holds a master's degree in Political Science from the University of Turku, Finland, with a specialisation in international relations, and minors in environmental science and international law. Before joining Dods, Milja worked as a parliamentary assistant to a Member of the European Parliament and completed her traineeship at the Turku-Southwest Finland European Office. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and participating in a variety of sports, from swimming to skiing.

Duarte Saldanha

Political Consultant

Duarte Saldanha is the Political Consultant for general affairs at EU Political Intelligence in Brussels. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and international relations from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and a master’s in International and European Law from Universidade NOVA de Lisboa. Before joining Dods in September 2023, Duarte concluded internships with the Portuguese Ministry for Foreign Affairs, and the European Commission Representation in his native Portugal. Duarte speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, and German. In his free time he likes to read, to travel, and write songs.

Eleanor (Nora) Doorley is the Political Consultant for foreign affairs, defence and development at EU Political Intelligence in Brussels. Before joining Dods in 2021, she worked at Friends of Europe, POLIS Network, the European Liberal Forum and the EU Commission’s Europe Direct Contact Centre, and was a member of the Women in International Security (WIIS) Brussels steering committee from 2020-2022. She holds a BA in English from Trinity College Dublin. Outside of work, Nora enjoys reading, running, and playing piano. She is an avid cinema & theatre-goer.

Lorenz Kramer is the Political Consultant for energy, international trade, and industrial policy in the Dods German monitoring service. Before Dods he was an economic researcher at the U.S. Department of State and as foreign trade policy intern at the European Parliament. Outside of work, Vincent enjoys reading, especially alternatehistory, and supporting his hometown football club, Olympique Lyonnais.

Oona Bienvenu is the PoliticalConsultant for energy, environment, transport, agriculture, food and culture atDods French monitoring service. She holds a Joint Master's Degree in MultilevelGovernance from Sciences Po Rennes and Aston University, complemented by aResearch Master's Degree in History. After graduating, Oona joined theInternational Relations Department of the Mémorial de la Shoah in Paris. Then she moved into the position of Research Consultant, where she evaluated public policies for Tetra Tech International Development and the World Future Council, focusing on environment, transport, and agriculture. Oona is fluent in French and English. Outside of work, she enjoys reading sociology and contemporary history books, and hiking in Brittany.
